FamilyMed opened it's doors July, 2007 and is proud to offer individuals and families in Duncan, and surrounding communities and counties, the option of a new primary care facility.   Our treatment venue utilizes a systematic team approach to best provide, based on your individual needs, the appropriate continuum of care and chronic disease management.

Excited about our growth, we focus our attention daily on maintaining the reputation of being this area's leading patient centered, family practice clinic. We are dedicated to providing front line integrated medical care with constant attention to the patient provider relationship.  Our policy is to initiate and maintain health care for individuals in need regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity of socioeconomic status.   We are constant advocates for our patients and health in our community.

FamilyMed is already considered by most of it's patients as their personal "medical home".   Our providers deliver a range of acute, chronic and preventive care, including routine check ups, health risk assessments, immunizations and screening tests, often including personalized counseling on healthy lifestyle maintenance.   We also assist in managing chronic illness and often coordinate care with specialists.  From heart disease, stroke and hypertension, to diabetes, cancer and asthma, FamilyMed is involved in the primary and continuum care of our community and it's health care needs.
