Payment Policy
Please be advised that we are contracted with insurance companies to collect a co-payment at the time of your visit. We file insurance as a courtesy to you; however, you are always and ultimately responsible for all medical charges you or any family member to which you are the assigned guarantor, incure at FamilyMed
Minors - Although the individual may be covered by insurance, the person that physically brings the child to the clinic is ultimately responsible for all medical charges.
We will confirm your deductible amount and provide your out-of-pocket cost to you for that day’s services. Payment amounts are due prior to leaving the clinic unless arrangements have been previously made.
